Warranty Information

All of our products come with a one-year warranty.

Should the product contain manufacturer defects or if it does not work upon arrival, this warranty covers a max of two replacements within one year from the date you received your order. This warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse or accidental damage to the product. We will only honor warranty claims of purchases made from our authourised distributors.

Proof of purchase is required.

 

Shipping Policy

  • To US customers: we ship within the contiguous USA.
  • To international customers: we ship to United Kindom and all European countries.

Please note that this DO NOT include Alaska, Hawaiian Islands or other island territories in the countries mentioned above.

Please note that although we do ship worldwide, some orders are subject to additional customs inspections or duties upon delivery according to the regulations of the destination country. Floves is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes if occurred. Please check with the Customs office in your country before placing order if you have any doubts.

 

Return Policy

Purchases made on floves.store can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error. Refunds will take an average of 10-15 days following receipt of your returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s).
